A #MartinFamdamily Winner – NACHO’S

My boys go absolutely crazy for my Nachos! 😍🌶🧀

Loaded with chicken, nacho chips, pepperdews, jalapeños, cheese, feta and that sweet tin tomato sauce (you know the one 😉).

I got a little experimental ,baked one in the oven and made another in the air fryer… just to see which one would win the crunch contest! 🔥

PS:- Air Fryer was crunchier! 💋

Also whipped up my very own guacamole 🥑 (so proud of myself, not gonna lie 🙌) and of course, served it with sour cream because… balance 😅

It’s super delish ~ easy to make and a winner with the #Martinfamdamily.

There’s something about a tray of hot, bubbling nachos that instantly brings everyone to the kitchen.
The best part?
Perfect for casual dinners, or a “treat yourself” Friday 🧀🔥

🛒 Ingredients

  • Chicken strips, beef strips, or mince (your choice!)

  • Nacho chips (I love using ones from Woolworths or Checkers)

  • Jalapeños

  • Pepperdews

  • 1 tin sweet tomato mix

  • Cheese for grating (Cheddar or Gouda)

  • Feta (optional but delicious)

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Cook the meat
Fry your chicken or beef strips until cooked through and golden. If you’re using mince, brown it well in a pan.
Season lightly with salt and pepper if needed.

2. Add the tomato mix
Pour in the tin of sweet tomato mix and let it simmer with the meat for a few minutes so all the flavours combine beautifully.

3. Prepare your base
Lay out your nacho chips on oven-safe dishes (or air fryer-safe trays). Try not to overcrowd this helps everything melt evenly.

4. Layer the goodness
Spoon the chicken, beef, or mince mixture generously over the nachos.

5. Add some heat & sweetness
Sprinkle over sliced jalapeños and Pepperdews for that perfect balance of spicy and sweet.

6. Optional feta layer
Crumble feta over the top if you love a creamy, salty bite.

7. Cheese, and then more cheese
Grate a generous layer of Cheddar or Gouda over everything. Don’t be shy layering the cheese ensures every bite is gooey and irresistible.

8. Grill to perfection
Place under the oven grill or in the air fryer. Keep a close eye on them while they sizzle  you want the cheese melted, bubbling, and slightly golden.

💡 Serving Tip

Serve immediately while hot and melty.
Add a dollop of sour cream, sliced avocado, or fresh coriander if you want to elevate it even more.
You can buy already made Guacomaloe or try make your own!
These loaded nachos are messy, cheesy, and absolutely worth it. The kind of dish that disappears faster than you expect!
