Cheese, Bacon & Spring Onion Bread🥖💕

This Keto delight is an amazing addition to breakfast, lunch or supper or even as a snack.

As with all things gluten free, this bread can be a bit crumbly when warm. I allow mine to firm up a bit in the fridge before slicing✔️

Fry up 200g chopped streaky bacon.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups almond flour & 1 Tbsp baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/3 cup sour cream.
Combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture and stir well.
Stir through 4 Tbsp melted butter and fold in the bacon, 1 cup grated cheddar and a handful of chopped spring onion.
Pour into a small, prepared loaf tin, sprinkle with a bit of extra cheese and bake for 45 – 50 minutes at 150C.
