Keto Cauli Soup


Sauté 2 sliced onions

1 tsp crushed garlic in 2 Tbsp butter.
Add the florets of 2 small (or one big) head of cauliflower.
Add 1 1/2 liters of chicken stock and allow to simmer until the cauli is tender.
Blitz with your stick blender & stir in a generous dollop of creme fraiche.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with a luscious pinotage
