Bacon Wrapped Spinach, Cream Cheese & Parmesan Stuffed Chicken Breasts🥬🧀

Flatten 4 skinless, boneless chicken fillets.
Combine about 2 cups of steamed, wilted spinach with 100g cream cheese and 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper and mix well.
Spread the spinach mix on the flattened chicken and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.
Wrap 3 pieces of streaky bacon around each rolled chicken breast, place in a casserole dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve with a garden salad, chopped fresh basil and extra Parmesan🙌
